For last 25 years Psychology and human nature have been my love. I studied psychology and in last eight years have been teaching Psychology in a college in Hampshire, UK.  I have been in management consultancy for a decade or so working for large number of companies like Nestle, ICI. Smith Kline Beecham, GE, Cadburys. World Vision. Plan International, UNICEF on diverse range of assignments ranging from Performance Management, Behavioural training, Competency Mapping, Psychometric testing to Goal setting, planning, change Management. I love learning new things and I get excited by new facts and perspectives I learn. My interest areas extend beyond psychology, I like read, discuss, share about   life, parenting. Relationships, Love,  Food, cooking, painting. Poetry, spirituality, religion and of course cricket.  People around me describe me as thinker, creative, supportive and empathetic individual and I would like to stay that way. I  am here to learn and share thoughts with people with similar interests.
